Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Lyons Federal Bank’s affiliate is Kansas Central Services, Inc., an insurance company.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Lyons Federal Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Lyons Federal Bank jointly markets credit cards with a nonaffiliated credit card issuer but does not share any personal information without your express written permission.
